Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. A long exposure at Sango bay with a sea stack reflecting on the shore during the incoming tide.
As a teenager, John Lennon spent his holidays in a house overlooking the bay. It is thought that his time spent in Durness is the inspiration behind the Beatles song "In My Life".
